1. No greed. I don't care all your jobs are lvl 99. You are not lotting on items for a job jus to throw it in storage. If your never seen on the job, don't expect to get items for it. Do that on your time.

2. No drama. Period. If you try to start shit you will be warned. Next time your out. Drama is usually the main reason shells break.

3. Scheduled events. If you need help with something schedule it. No "spur of the moment" crap pls. You can't get mad at ppl for not wanting to help you on something that takes hrs when they had plans. Unless its something quick or it's a group decision, ask then move on. Lastly on this subject. If you say you are perticipating in said event. Be there! On time! You should have known you could make it when you said you'd go. If your late, too bad we are going to start without you.

4. Rudeness. It will not be tolerated. At all. I don't care if your the god of ffxi and the best player there is. Nobody wants to be told how sucky thier job is, how to play their job, or jus be talked to like its thier first day playin the game. Givin pointers is one thing. Being rude while doing it will quickly lead to your pearl becoming shattered.

5. Lastly, job burning. I don't care that you burned your job to 99, or did it the righteous way taking weeks to months to solo it up. I care if it's skilled up to where you are useful on it. And atleast have an idea how to play it. You can't play brd or cor and only buff the melee or the mages you have to buff both.
